1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Whatnot Spy Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Whatnot Spy is a Chrome extension for Whatnot sellers that provides real-time live metrics and post-show review tools. Features include but are not limited to:

  • Real-time live dashboard tracking during Whatnot streams
  • Buyer leaderboard and buyer profile analytics
  • Profit calculations and Seller Hub overlay tools
  • Show-over-show comparison metrics and deeper replay reports
  • CSV export for supported Pro data

3. Service Tiers

The Service is offered in two tiers:

  • Free Tier: Live dashboard metrics, Top 5 buyer leaderboard, basic profit calculator, and current-show summary with limited history.
  • Pro Tier: Unlimited history, full buyer intelligence, CSV export, show-over-show comparison, Seller Hub profit overlay, and deeper post-show reports — available through Monthly ($15.99/month), Annual ($99/year), or Lifetime ($199 one-time) plans.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Comply with Whatnot's platform terms and all applicable laws
  • Not use the Service for fraud, abuse, scraping beyond the extension's intended use, or any malicious activities
  • Not attempt to circumvent free-tier limits or technical restrictions
  • Understand that the Service provides analytics only and does not guarantee business results
  • Accept full responsibility for your own selling, pricing, sourcing, and operational decisions

5. Data Usage and Privacy

The Service processes data from Whatnot pages in your browser to compute analytics and show summaries. This processing runs locally inside your browser. We do not:

  • Require, request, or store your Whatnot password
  • Act on your behalf inside Whatnot accounts
  • Collect your browsing history, the URLs you visit, or the content of any web page
  • Collect personal information beyond what is necessary for Pro subscription management (email and Pro access token)
  • Share your data with third parties, except for Stripe (payment processing) and Cloudflare (hosting)

6. Premium Subscription and Payments

Premium subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Authorize recurring charges for monthly or annual plans until cancelled
  • The pricing terms displayed at the time of purchase

Premium access tokens are for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred to other users.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all premium plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 14 days of purchase, contact us at support@aikc.net for a full refund.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. For monthly and annual subscriptions:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain premium access until the end of your paid period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time

Lifetime subscriptions do not require cancellation and provide perpetual access.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
  • Compatibility with future versions of Chrome or Whatnot
  • That the use of the Service will always remain uninterrupted
  • Any specific profit, return, or business outcome from using the analytics

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data, funds, or business interruption
  • Actions taken by Whatnot or other platforms based on your use of the Service
  • Business losses resulting from selling decisions made using the Service

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
  • Update these Terms of Service with reasonable notice
  • Change pricing for new subscriptions

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Abuse of the Service or other users
  • Any other reason at our sole discretion
